Dr. Mark J. Matney
Bristol City Council voted 4 to 1 for a 13 cents per hundred dollars of value increase. This moved it from 80 cents to 93 cents. Michael Pollard was the lone vote against the tax increase. Thank You Michael for standing up for the citizens.
